From Byzantine chapels in Rhodes to Roman ruins in Italy, medieval villages to timeless coastlines—I photograph antiquity at dawn, before the world wakes. That suspended moment when ancient stones meet golden light, when history feels present, when everything slows down.
Commercial photography taught me technical precision. But this work—these pre-dawn shoots at sites most visitors never see properly—this is where I found what those corporate assignments never offered: silence, stillness, genuine tranquility.

No Refunds – Exchange Only
Limited editions cannot be returned for refund because each print is made to order with a unique edition number. Each print is produced to order, signed, and issued with a personalised Certificate of Authenticity specific to your edition number.

Wrong size or prefer a different image? You may exchange your limited edition within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Pay the price difference if upgrading to larger size or higher-priced image
- Receive store credit if downgrading to smaller size or lower-priced image
- Return shipping paid by customer
- Original print must be returned in perfect, undamaged condition
- Original packaging required
- New edition number will be assigned to replacement print

DAMAGE & DEFECT GUARANTEE
All Products – Immediate Replacement
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, including shipping.
What We Cover:
- Transit damage (broken glass, torn print, crushed frame, dented corners)
- Printing defects (color banding, spots, streaks, incorrect color reproduction)
- Incorrect size or edition number shipped
- Manufacturing flaws (warped frame, poor mounting, loose hanging hardware)
How to Report Damage:
- Inspect your print immediately upon delivery
- Email simon@aeonian.art within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and 2-3 clear photos showing the damage
- Replacement ships within 2-3 business days of receiving your photos
- Keep the damaged print until replacement arrives (courier may collect original)
Important: Please photograph any exterior package damage before opening. This helps with courier insurance claims.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
To maintain clarity and manage expectations, the following situations are not covered by our guarantee:
Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Limited edition prints purchased as final sale (exchange available instead)
- Prints that have been stretched, framed, mounted, or altered after delivery
- Damage occurring after delivery and installation
- Custom framing arranged by customer after receiving print
Not Covered Under Damage Guarantee:
- Color or size expectations based on uncalibrated monitors (please use our pre-purchase consultation)
- Minor color variations between different print batches (inherent in fine art printing)
- Personal preference changes after installation
- Buyer’s remorse after 30-day window

Where Are The Images Printed And Is It Kind To The Environment?
Limited Edition Prints: Printed by The Print Space – world-renowned fine art printers with labs in London, Düsseldorf, and New York.
Frames: Also supplied by The Print Space and Produced to the highest quality. Quadrum picture frames are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council. Oak frames are solid wood from FSC®-certified sources with an oak veneer.
All printing is 100% carbon neutral from end to end.
