To ensure we scale your selected piece flawlessly to your room’s proportions, please follow these instructions to photograph your wall. This method allows us to generate a highly realistic mockup of our 1.5-inch gallery Canvas or framed limited-edition Giclee print in your exact environment.

1. Place the Scale Reference
Tape a standard sheet of A4 or 8.5″ x 11″ printer paper flat against the center of your chimney breast or chosen wall space. This gives our scaling algorithm an exact mathematical anchor.

2. Position for Accuracy (Landscape Orientation)
Stand directly facing the wall. Hold your smartphone horizontally (landscape mode). Keep the phone straight and parallel to the wall to prevent the dimensions from distorting.

3. Capture the Context
Step back far enough so the edges of your furniture (e.g., sofas, side tables, plants) are visible in the shot. This context is crucial for demonstrating realistic scale and depth. Use Natural Light, turn off your camera’s flash and use the room’s natural daytime lighting. Flash washes out natural room shadows, making it difficult for us to render the canvas drop shadows accurately. It would be useful if you also provided another 1-2 images, one a little closer in and another from a slight side angle, as shown below.
