The Sound Of Gently Lapping Waves And Filled My Ears, While The Salty, Briny Scent Of The Sea Invigorates My Senses.
BACKSTORY
ALCUDIA WALKWAY
Alcudia Beach in Majorca was everything I had hoped for—the sand was fine and white, and the sea was as still as a mill pond. I was there to photograph one of the wooden piers that stretch out from the beach, allowing boats to dock along the coast.
I arrived at dawn, eager to capture some images before the sun rose and too many people arrived. The air was still and warm as I lost myself in my camera while standing on the wooden pier that extended into the calm sea.
The sound of gently lapping waves filled my ears, and the salty, briny scent of the sea invigorated my senses. As I recomposed my camera, the wooden planks beneath my feet creaked softly with each step. The water transitioned into various warm hues with the rising intensity of the sunrise, creating a peaceful and breathtaking moment on this Majorcan beach.
As the sun broke the horizon, I captured a few more frames before heading off for breakfast.
This extra-large canvas perfectly captures the serene beauty of Alcudia Beach and its iconic wooden pier. It’s an ideal addition to any collection of coastal wall art, beach posters, or walkway and pier imagery. This stunning photography coastal canvas art fits beautifully as a part of your home or office offering a tranquil and picturesque view of Majorca’s coastline.

What’s The Difference Between A Canvas And A Limited Edition Print?
The canvas prints are open edition — produced on artist-grade cotton canvas with archival pigment inks. There is no limit on how many can be made. The limited edition prints are on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper — a heavy cotton paper used in museum collections — with a strict edition cap. When the edition sells out, the image is permanently retired. Both use the same photographs. The difference is the material, the edition limit, and what that means for long-term ownership.
